As part of its activities, Namé is recruiting ONE (01) QHSE MANAGER.

Position based in DOUALA

NAMé Recycling is a Cameroonian company specialized in the recycling of plastic waste. Thus offering a solution for plastic waste, while operating as a profitable and sustainable company generating a wide environmental and social impact according to international quality standards.

REPORTING LINE
The incumbent will report directly to the GENERAL MANAGEMENT.

MAIN ACTIVITIES

• Design and negotiate the QSE policy with the General Management
• Develop a master plan that takes into account senior management sustainability objectives, customer demands, regulations and company constraints
• Define and negotiate long-, medium- and short-term objectives, monitoring or audit modalities, the corresponding budget
• Participate in communication, promotion of QHSE policy
• Implement this QHSE policy and animate it with the relevant managers
• Define, formalize, adapt methods and tools to ensure continuous improvement of products, processes, safety, risk prevention;
• Write and update guidelines, procedures, QHSE instructions
• If necessary, train managers, technicians, team leaders, participate in staff awareness
• Audit, plan and track
• Ensure the traceability and compliance of raw materials, facilities, buildings and processes with respect to specifications and standards in force;
• Ensure waste reduction or treatment measures; verify control and prevention procedures in relation to environmental risks
• Prepare, implement internal oversight and audits as well as external and supplier audits
• Carry out statistical monitoring of results in relation to objectives, prepare QHSE reviews Participate in the analysis of risks, malfunctions and the search for improvements: training, manufacturing processes, production organization, evolution of facilities…

• Know the company’s processes, flows and associated technologies
• Master the standards, certification or labeling chosen
• Ensure a systematic technological and regulatory watch
• Define and negotiate a QHSE or integrated management policy
• Develop and track relevant dashboards
• Master statistical analysis and defined control techniques
• Evaluate actions, projects, processes
• Train and animate multidisciplinary, heterogeneous groups
• Communicate, negotiate with different interlocutors
• Prepare and conduct an audit Supervise the quality control of subcontractors and suppliers as well as compliance with internal procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Good analytical skills and ability to synthesize. Rigor and organization
• Adaptability and flexibility
• Team spirit
• Be attentive, available and proactive

RESEARCH PROFILE

• Male/female between 25 and 35 years (maximum)
• BAC + 3/4 or engineering degrees in the field of quality or industrial management.

TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI (preceded by a trial period of 4 months)

LOCATION OF THE POSITION: DOUALA (bekoko)
