Soyabeans Processing Industry of Cameroon (SOPROICAM) is looking for as part of its activities 01 REFINING PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

 

 

 

 

Main mission

Reporting to the Production Manager, he/she will be responsible for:

• Actively participate in the implementation of the strategy of the refining unit
• Manage and direct the operations of the refining unit in accordance with the expected quality standards
• Optimize yield, cost, budgets and refining standards at all stages of the process
• Ensure the effective, efficient and optimal operation of the refining unit

 

 

 

Knowledge and skills required

• Results oriented.
• Manage own performance against clearly defined priorities.
• Proven leadership experience to include: team building, coaching and motivation, change management, process management, vision management, impact and influence.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Understanding and mastery of the main refining unit operations.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bac+3/4/5 in Industrial/Agrifood Engineering or any other related field. 
• Minimum 5 years of experience ideally. English/French bilingualism is an advantage.
