Technical Warehouse Manager – (25000017)
Description

§ Planning and Execution of operations with the project teams of our internal clients

o Collection of forecast needs.

o Analysis with the CS of deployment possibilities.

o Monitoring the execution of equipment orders from our Equipment Suppliers.
o Monitor the completeness of deliveries and collections of materials.

o Ensure the physical preparation of orders and their packaging to ensure End-to-End QoS.

§ Inventory management

o Ensure the integrity of stocks with unannounced rotating inventories to ensure the completeness of the material.

o Weekly activity reports on Wh operations.
§ Monitor the interior appearance of the store and shelves and optimize storage spaces.

o Set up and manage efficient shelving and the interior appearance of the store.

o Manage the loading / unloading of materials in the store.

o Ensure that storage space is used optimally.

§ Management of logistics operations: Reception, reverse logistics, store inventories.

o Manage order receptions, site returns according to the procedure.

o Planning, supervision, verification of inventories as well as their publication and archiving.

§ Evaluate and monitor costs related to warehouse operations: Overtime, Transport, etc.
o Control warehouse operational costs by optimizing processes, minimizing errors and maximizing efficiency.

§ Monitoring and reporting of internal customer deployment projects.

o Analysis of stock levels.

o Reporting on order processing times, operational costs.

o Preparation of weekly reports on warehouse performance, incidents, etc.

§ Team management

o Responsible for managing internal and temporary warehouse staff: Training, planning and supervising daily activities.

§ Communication:

o Ensure effective communication with Wh business stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination of activities.

§ Safety and compliance:

o Ensure that all operations in the warehouse comply with safety standards.

o Ensure the safety of Wh teams, goods and assets

Ensure the safeguarding and optimal use of work equipment and personal protective equipment made available to the Warehouse

Qualifications

Training: Bac+3 (DUT) Logistics / Management / Transport or Works Engineer diploma

Minimum experience: 2 years in a Stock Manager position
