Job Opportunities: Manufacturing Assistants – Brewing, Fermentation and Filtration

Call for external applications for the positions of Manufacturing Assistant (Brewing, Fermentation and Filtration) classified in 4 category,

Conditions to be fulfilled 

• •  Justify a Certificate of First Cycle Studies or a Certificate of Professional Aptitude

•  Justify a minimum experience of six (06) months in the field of Brewery Manufacturing; 
•  Have been a Service Provider/Temporary/Trainee on one of the SABC Group sites (attach all evidence).

•  Prepare additives/adjuvants for production Control and receive Consumable Raw Materials (MPC): 
•  Make available the Main Raw Materials-MPP (desilage and crushing) Follow the Line Edge Stocks: 
•  Ensure the cleaning of vessels and other mill equipment 
• Purge yeast 
• Ensure the proper functioning of mill equipment 
•  Ensure compliance with the process, the quality and the safety of foodstuffs 
• Ensure the cleaning of his workstation 
• Report any anomalies detected in the workplace

2. Know-how

•  Beer and malt beverage manufacturing techniques (brewing, fermentation and filtration); 
• Operation of manufacturing equipment 
• Reading and understanding laboratory measurements
