Job Opportunities: Manufacturing Assistants – Brewing, Fermentation and Filtration
Call for external applications for the positions of Manufacturing Assistant (Brewing, Fermentation and Filtration) classified in 4 category,
Conditions to be fulfilled
-
- Justify a Certificate of First Cycle Studies or a Certificate of Professional Aptitude
- Justify a minimum experience of six (06) months in the field of Brewery Manufacturing;
- Have been a Service Provider/Temporary/Trainee on one of the SABC Group sites (attach all evidence).
- Prepare additives/adjuvants for production Control and receive Consumable Raw Materials (MPC):
- Make available the Main Raw Materials-MPP (desilage and crushing) Follow the Line Edge Stocks:
- Ensure the cleaning of vessels and other mill equipment
- Purge yeast
- Ensure the proper functioning of mill equipment
- Ensure compliance with the process, the quality and the safety of foodstuffs
- Ensure the cleaning of his workstation
- Report any anomalies detected in the workplace

- Beer and malt beverage manufacturing techniques (brewing, fermentation and filtration);
- Operation of manufacturing equipment
- Reading and understanding laboratory measurements
