POSITION: WHOLESALES COORDINATOR (WSC) (M/F)

TYPE OF CONTRACT: CDI
MISSIONS:
• Ensure the development and implementation of the sales plan for the area.
• Achieve the objectives of volume, market share, coverage and distribution rates
as agreed in our market strategy.

. Ensure the recruitment and development of the
necessary resources.
• Management and Development of sales teams

• Optimize distribution costs in the area of ​​competence
REQUIRED SKILLS: QUALIFICATIONS:
• Academic level Baccalaureate + 3 preferably in marketing and sales
• Professional experience: 03 years of minimum experience in a similar position (Management of teams or/and wholesalers

KNOW HOW TO BE:
• Is a force of proposal and initiative
• Has the leadership skills to motivate the sales force and achieve the Objectives fixed
• Rigor, sense of organization and autonomy of work
• Sense of priorities and organization
• Ability to adapt to changes, to deal with emergency situations
• Dynamic and able to work technically under pressure

KNOW HOW:
• Experience in FMCG marketing, preferably experience with a brewing industry
Strategic vision
• Good understanding of large assemblies (MACRO-PESTEL-SWOT etc) Bilingual French / English is an advantage.
• Holder of at least a B license with driving experience.
• Mastery of sales team management.
Technique for making travel plans.
Able to understand and interpret the main financial reports
• Basic coaching skills
Computer skills (Microsoft).
Knowledge of SAP would be an asset
