Job Opportunity: a Technical Staff – The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Yaoundé

JOB ANNOUNCEMENT

The Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Cameroon is looking for a competent and dynamic individual to serve as a Technical Staff. This position is based in Yaounde, Cameroon.

Candidate Profile:

​The candidate must communicate in English and French languages ​​(English proficiency preferred), and be able to carry out a high standard of driving and technical work, including but not limited to repair, install, replace, and service different systems and equipment. Priority shall be given to candidates with professional experience in the position.

1. Duties of the Technical Staff:
Managing the technical maintenance of the Embassy and Residence

 

 

Cleaning Embassy premises including office spaces

Driving the Embassy’s car if necessary

Inspecting, analyzing, and troubleshooting systems and equipment

Repairing or replacing equipment

Managing the generator and electricity supply

Managing the garden of the Embassy

Reading repair manuals and liaising with other professionals

Performs other duties as need arises

2. Essential Requirement: Background and professional experience in technical maintenance and cleaning.
