Description
We are looking for a Community Manager to join our team. Attached to the Marketing and Communication department, your mission is to federate and manage the community of Internet users around the brand, product or service, via the animation of social networks.
Responsibilities
-Define and implement social media and communication campaigns in order to align with marketing strategies.
-Provide engaging text, images, and videos for social media accounts
-Respond to customer comments and inquiries in a timely manner
-Monitor and report online comments and reviews.
-Organize and participate in events to strengthen community and build brand awareness.
-Coordinate with marketing, PR and communications teams to ensure brand consistency
-Liaise with development and sales departments to stay up-to
-date on new products and features.
-Build relationships with clients, potential clients, industry professionals and journalists. Stay up to date on digital technology trends.

PROFILE
-Bac + 2 minimum in marketing and communication or any related Fields
-Proven professional experience as a community manager
-Experience in launching community initiatives (eg creating an online forum, launching an ambassador program, creating a series of events and writing an e-newsletter)
Ability to identify and monitor relevant community actions (eg Repeated participation in events)
-Excellent verbal communication skills
-Excellent writing skills
-Hands-on experience with social media management for brands

-Ability to interpret website traffic and online customer engagement metrics Knowledge of online marketing and marketing channels
