Job Description
Operational Delivery
• Control Core, Radio Access, IP, Transmission, IN, VAS Network KPIs and ensure the KPIs are maintained in line with company’s KPI’s
• Control Core, Radio Access, IP , Transmission, IN, VAS Capacity and ensure adequate capacity is available to support traffic growth with minimal headroom.
• Control Capacity Upgrade and Optimization activities and ensure those activities are performed as planned and achieving the intended business objectives
• Follow up Core, Radio Access, IP, Transmission, IN, VAS corrective actions to rectify KPI’s variances in line with strategic business objectives.
• Examine effective and efficient use of all basic and optional features purchased across the network to deliver excellent quality
• Support on Putting in place and coordinate a set of mechanisms to keep the network quality and capacity on track towards the specified targets
• Identify Network boundaries that might lead to losing market share
• Ensure Improvements on the Core, Radio Access, IP, Transmission, IN, VAS Network segments where customers demand is dropping due to bad Core, Radio Access, IP, Transmission, IN, VAS Network quality
• Control responsibility for Core, Radio Access, IP, Transmission, IT Platforms network quality, capacity utilization, optimization, Efficiency and Capacity upgrades
• Ensure tools, systems and processes are available for effective Core, Radio Access, IP, Transmission, IT Platforms quality and Performance management.
• Improve Core, Radio Access, IP, Transmission, IT Platforms planning by providing relevant performance inputs.
• Monitor the Core, Radio Access, IP, Transmission, IT Platforms for overall efficiency and provide relevant information to Technology Management for decision making
• Manage overall end to end Networks reporting activities including:
o Network performance reports to Group, Regulatory and any external relevant stakeholder
o Reporting on the end-to-end Network quality, capacity in line with company’s KPI’s
o Reporting on the optimization activities
o Providing relevant Reports to Improve network performance
• Consolidate the overall Technology Capacity, performance, and Quality reports
• Provide automated reports for alerts

•   Engineering degree in Telecommunications, Electrical / Electronic or related field

Experience
At least 3 years work experience including:
• At least 3 years in telecoms, tele-traffic environment
• At least 3 years in Network Planning and/or or Implementation and/or Operations and Maintenance
