MAIN MISSIONS
- Prospect new customers and recruit them,
- Develop the client portfolio,
- achieve your goal,
- Promote our services to the public,
- Analyze the needs of potential customers,
- Listening to customers,
- Advise and retain customers,
- Maintain a long-lasting relationship with customers, placed under the seal of trust.
- Ensure compliance with the internal procedure specific to the company,
- Ensuring the client portfolio,
- Establish and submit his daily report to his superior,
- Stay competitive,
- manage payments,
- Monitor movements within the company.
TASKS / RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage a client portfolio,
- Optimize the valuation of our services on the national market,
- Participate in the implementation of company policy,
- Supervise the marketing function,
- Carry out business studies,
- Develop business plans,
- Ensure compliance with contractual standards,
- Establish enrollment statistics,
- Analyze and understand the problems or needs of customers and offer them an appropriate solution,
- Promote the offer of services at its expense,
- Develop business with prospects,
- Carry out market research with the objective of remaining in competitive watch.
- Train customers,
- To win the loyalty of customers,
- Produce the commercial situation every weekend,
- Place orders and manage the materials and equipment necessary for the proper functioning of the service, while ensuring that it is in good working order.
- REQUIRED PROFILE :
- Solid knowledge of commercial techniques,
- Excellent negotiation skills,
- Good communication skills,
- Good knowledge and / understanding of the project,
- knowledge of commercial law,
- Have a good resistance to stress,
- love teamwork,
- Be temperate and courteous,
- Being a technomate (likes everything that is ICT = mobile applications, internet, etc.),
- Master the computer tool (MS-Office ),
- Be honest and outgoing.
TRAINING :
Level required : BACC, BTS / PROFESSIONAL LICENSE in Commercial Management / Commercial Action / Commerce / Marketing – commercial.
Experience: Experience not required.
Languages: Fluency in spoken and written French; English (an asset).
