ECOBANK Cameroon SA is recruiting a Head Cards & Digital Operations, based in Douala, Cameroon.,
To manage card operations and digital products processes and ensure high performance through excellent customer services and effective control monitoring
JOB PROFILE
Responsible for the day to day running of card operations
Responsible for fraud monitoring
Support of all digital Products
Responsible for implementing Group standard service delivery metric(SLA)
Responsible for implementing the Group processes to all branches
Experience
1 -2 experience in Card Products & Card Operations.
High level of working knowledge of all the Bank’s products, procedures and policies
Education
Advance Level+4/5
