The Jetty Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations at the jetty, ensuring the timely and safe delivery of cargo and personnel. This role requires an individual with a track record of successful leadership and the ability to manage a team in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee daily loading and unloading of cargo and personnel at the jetty
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and standards established by the company and regulatory agencies
• Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including shipping agents and government agencies
• Manage schedules, logistics, and staffing to ensure optimal efficiency and productivity
• Conduct regular inspections of the jetty and equipment to identify and address any maintenance or repair needs
• Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports related to jetty operations
• Oversee the training and development of team members to ensure compliance with company procedures and standards.
