Production Supervisor is needed to work at HSD-Melt group.
Responsibilities
– – Following the monthly production plan and communication with Roll shop and CNC shop to preparing as a schedule.
– Received rolls and guides and check before transfer to rolling mill.
– Communicating with the store to provide the line needs.
– Preparing for sizes by check every item.
– Daily maintenance plan prepares.
– Communicating with electrical and maintenance department to solved the troubles.
– Following reheating furnace to be sure billet is ready in the time.
– Monitoring Furnace consumption gas control by arrangement by rolling mill and furnace Forman.
– Arranging shift activities as per plant requièrent.
– Arranging man power as per plant requirement
– Making schedule preventive maintenance for equipment.
– Weekly maintenance supervision.
Educational Requirements
– 7-10 Years minimum in SAME industrial activity
Experience Requirements
Experience in same field hot rolling Mill
Additional Requirements
Technical knowledge experience in hot rolling mill specially rebar, bar, wire rod, profile manufacturing and material knowledge as per ASTM grade Computer knowledge.
