Qc Technician is needed to work at HSD-Melt group.
Responsibilities
· Checking product quality during production process and inform his Superior in case of deviations.
· Applying visual inspection in final products as per the applied procedures at cooling bed, cold shear and tying M/C.
· Taking samples of the product at the inspection points.
· Measuring product dimensions and unit weight as per the approved procedures then take the necessary action in case of deviation.
· Recording the results of measuring and inspection data in the approved forms.
· Keeping the records related to inspection and testing in an updated database or hard copy.
· Reviewing of bars per bundle as cross check by takes random samples.
· Keeping inspection and testing tools cleaned, calibrated and accurate.
· isolating the product in case of non-conformity in the products isolation area to control the non-conforming products.
· Committing to follow safety and environment precaution during his duty.
· Executing any other tasks ordered by his manager.
Educational Requirements
Bacc minimum, or internal development after training
Experience Requirements
1 year minimum in any industrial activity
– Have some knowledge of scrap metal
– Mastery of various risk and dangers in Rolling Mill
– Able to read and write in either French or English
Additional Requirements
– Be courageous
– Team spirit
– Good physical condition
– Can work under high temperature
