Description
We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead our sales department. We need a motivated professional with proven management experience in sales. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving our annual sales targets in the regions and assigned accounts.
Attached to the Marketing and Communication department, your mission is to design strategic sales plans and evaluate the costs of the competition. In addition to being an excellent communicator, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation and leadership skills.

Responsibilities
-Design and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets.
– Increase customer portfolio and retain them
– Develop and promote weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets.
-Write detailed and accurate sales reports.
-Work with clients to better understand their business needs and objectives.
-Evaluate costs, competition, supply and demand to identify selling prices.
-Estimated sales volume and profits for current and new products.
-Set up a training program for new sales recruits
-Transform prospects into customers
-Contribute to the expansion of the customer portfolio -Contribute to
the achievement of annual turnover -Ensure effective management of customer service.

PROFILE
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, commerce or any related field
-Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
-In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and best practices.
-Ability to manage various projects and work under pressure
-Excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
-Exceptional written and verbal communication skills -Good
communication and interpersonal skills
-Excellent customer portfolio
