Responsibilities:
* Greet customers, present menus, and provide detailed information on food and beverage options.
* Take orders and ensure they are processed accurately and efficiently.
* Upsell additional menu items, promotions, and special events to enhance the customer experience.
* Process payments and manage cash transactions with accuracy.
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring the cafe, restaurant, and bar areas are presentable at all times.
* Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.
Requirements:
* Prior experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
* Excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and French.
* Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
