ABOUT NECC
The National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon (NECC) is the Head Quarter of the Catholic Church in Cameroon, where the promotion of human dignity is at the center of the concerns of the Sustainable Development Goals. NECC works to ensure dignity of the human being, common good, subsidiarity and in solidarity of all humans. NECC’s development work in Cameroon is accomplished through, access to quality education, health, promoting commitment of the faithful for the reduction of inequalities and empowerment of vulnerable groups. The NECC has a number of national services that ensure its functioning, including the National Coordination of Communication (CONACOM). Its mission is to put in place, in collaboration with the other services of NECC, a communication plan based on targeted and planned actions.
SUMMARY OF THE JOURNAL “L’EFFORT CAMEROUNAIS”
The National Coordination of Communication (CONACOM) wishes to expand its membership in the ‘Effort Camerounais’ unit. L’Effort Camerounais is a bilingual Catholic bimonthly news magazine published by the National Episcopal Conference of Cameroon. It was created in 1955 by the will of the bishops to inform Cameroonians and to announce the Good News of Salvation. Its current headquarters is in Mvoyé-Yaoundé.
SUMMARY OF THE NCC’S PRINTING PRESS
NECC’s Printing Press is an entity of production and reprography created by the Bishops of Cameroon. It’s mission is to print and reproduce ecclesiastical documents for the proclamation of the Gospel. Apart from this activity, it also offers printing services to companies and individuals to enable NECC find financial means for the functioning of
CONACOM.

TERMS OF REFERENCE
Position Summar
The sales representative promotes and sells the newspaper ‘L’Effort Camerounais’ to companies and individuals, in accordance with the marketing and sales plan. He/she develops strategies to boost sales, manage customer portfolio, and ensure commercial follow-up with customers in order to build loyalty.

• Define the newspaper’s distribution strategy Develop the sales network throughout the country
• Prepare and follow up orders and deliveries
Ensure the collection of receivables
• Report on your activities
• Carry out all other tasks assigned by the hierarchy in connection with sales activities
• Follow up on his/her customer portfolio and organize his/her sales plan
• Collaborate in the design and implementation of sales plans Contribute in the development of the group’s reputation Participate in the animation of sales activities.

 

 

 

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years of higher education (business or sales) At least 2 years of professional experience in sales
• At least two (2) years of professional experience in the sales field
• Have good communication skills and ease in creating contact
• Excellent technical knowledge of printing and in the print media industry
• Have a good command of computer tools
Personal qualities
• Perfect knowledge of the products or services marketed
• Excellent skills in writing and speaking
• Ability to create and retain a network of customers
• Sense of methodic analysis
• Mastery of sales techniques
• Accounting and administrative management skills Entrepreneurial spirit
