Sales Representative

 

We are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to contribute in generating sales for our company. You will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone/face to face and maintaining good customer relationships.

 

 




 

 

An effective Sales Representative must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone/face to face as well as dealing with complaints and doubts.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

 

 

 

  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone/face to face.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
  • Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
  • Answering customers’ questions on the products.
  • Strong commercial acumen and business understanding
  • Team oriented, with strong relationship and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management abilities
  • Meeting sales quotas.

 

 

 

 

  • High school diploma; BSc/BA will be a plus.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Sales;
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone,
  • creative thinking skills,
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer software.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
  • The ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills;
