Assignment : 

Tasks

 Manage the documentation relating to the Process, analyze the production parameters, study the MOC (Management Of Change) and monitor their implementation with a view to optimizing the operation of the surface facilities and the related safety.

Activities

Process studies

• Write the process specifications for any surface installation modification (MOC, new projects & other revamping)
• Perform Process sizing based on API, GPSA codes and upstream oil business rules
• Realize in collaboration with the designers all the process plans (PID, PFD, VGI, BFD, ESD logics, Layout) associated with the process specifications
• Develop intervention procedures on surface facilities or special equipment
• Participate in the PTR (Project Technical Review) of the various projects and MOC

Monitoring of MOCs

• Participate in isometric surveys
• Ensure the Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of JIs and projects

Documentation management

• Define updates to Process documentation (Process capacity reports, Safety calibration values, Datasheets, PID, PFD, ESD Logic, VGI, BFD, etc.) as installations change (MOC, Projects, Revamping, etc.) )
• Order and follow the updates of the Process plans (PID, PFD, VGI, BFD, ESD Logic, etc.) carried out by the designers or the associated service providers
• Control the evolution of the Process documentation update budget (PID, PFD, …)

Monitoring of production parameters

• Analyze production losses appearing in daily production reports and propose corrective and/or improvement actions
• Coordinate the work of service providers or participate in Surface missions/activities on offshore and onshore sites

  • Dimension a process and develop the related process specifications
  • Make all types of plans related to the process, use the Process documentation, determine the updates of the documentation according to the modifications of the installations and control their execution
  • Control the application of EP instructions & rules (Operations business) in the context of projects and interventions
  • Use Word, Excel, Powerpoint independently
  • Read, write and speak French and English fluently

Profile

• Diploma or Level of study: (BAC+5) Engineer in Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical Process or General Engineering
• Professional experience: 4 to 5 years of development and construction of production processes in oil exploitation

Education level: ENGINEER

Specialization: Quality / Hygiene / Safety / Environment

Level of experience: Experienced (from 3 to 5 years)

Languages:
French: Good practice
English: Good practice
