RECRUITMENT ORANGE CAMEROON
- Ensure that change management practices are taken into account from start to finish in Orange Cameroon projects
- Define change management needs with the PMOs of the Departments in line with the REPERES transformation plan
- Support the transformations related to the company’s projects throughout the entire process, from the definition of the issues to the implementation of change management actions.
- Analyze and diagnose blocking points in the smooth running of projects.
- Propose an action plan that goes from communication to employee support, including training.
- In permanent contact with the business and project teams, help them understand and implement changes in their daily professional environment: their practices, operating methods, validation methods, etc.
- Implement change management in its various aspects: evaluation and measurement of resistance to change, impacts, organizational aspects, training, communication, management of stakeholders, management of leaders, measurement and management of expected benefits and the conduct of the change.
- Positioning itself as a partner and challenger of operational staff in the various transformations and restructurings that any change requires
- Question the operational staff on the biases and the possible impacts.
- Provide a change management guide to each PMO to challenge each project manager upstream on taking into account aspects of change management
- Challenger in order to take the operational staff sufficiently out of their comfort zone in order to implement the real changes required.
- Raising awareness and Disseminating the culture of change management within OCM and within managerial practices
- Pilot, in collaboration with each PMO, the development of a communication-project plan, sequenced over time and adapted to each target of actors, from the launch.
- Accompany the transition phase between the current mode of operation and the target mode of operation, by defining a structured approach to move the teams from the current organization to the projected organization.
- Lead and lead change management diagnostic work alongside the project team in T0, before passing to COMOP, Investment Committees, etc.
- Advise project managers, managers and directors; monitor governance and the consideration of recommendations related to change management.
- Deploy personally or through PMOs and monitor the deployment of change management actions in conjunction with project managers, managers, directors and process managers.
- Facilitate workshops / training sessions on change management; distribute the “change leadership guide”.
- Share and explain the change management method and tools to project teams and managers: target mapping, systemic impact analysis, risk analysis, climate barometer, target process mapping workshop, practical training on use cases, simplified and popularized user guide, etc.
- Keep watch by identifying innovative practices and tools to use for change management.
