The ARCHIPEL CM training firm is looking for a partner company located in Douala KOTTO, a Restaurant Manager.

REQUIRED PROFILE :

• Hold a BAC+2/3 in hotel/catering or training in the field;

• Desired experience in the field: 2 years and more • Language: Bilingual

• Gender: Male / Female

• Full and immediate availability

ASSIGNMENTS:

• Manage the restaurant team;

• Ensure optimum functioning in all areas (administrative management,

commercial, HR and management);

 

 

• Support the development and profitability of the site by controlling the result

operating;

• Ensure the regular functioning of the establishment and the quality of services

provided (reception, cleanliness, hygiene, quality);

• Develop sales and place particular emphasis on customer loyalty.

 

 

 

SKILLS:

• Mastery of computers ;

• Be passionate about catering;

• Be enterprising.

Salary: 100,000 CFA francs, salary revaluation after the first 6 months of observation.

Place of work: DOUALA

Deadline: 02/12/2022 no later than 3 p.m.

NB: The candidate selected for the position will have to follow a 03-day training course in customer relations before taking office.
