RESTAURANT MANAGER (FEMALE/MALE)

The  ARCHIPEL CM training firm is looking for a restaurant manager  for the need of a partner company  .

REQUIRED PROFILE :

• Hold a BAC + 2/3 in hospitality / catering or training in the field;
• Desired experience in the field: 2 years and more
• Language: Bilingual
• Gender: Male / Female
• Full and immediate availability

 

 

ASSIGNMENTS:

• Managing the restaurant team;
• Ensure optimum functioning in all areas (administrative, commercial, HR and management);
• Support the development and profitability of the site by controlling the operating result;
• Ensure the smooth running of the establishment and the quality of the services provided (reception, cleanliness, hygiene, quality);
• Develop sales and place particular emphasis on customer loyalty.

 

 

 

SKILLS:  

• Mastery of computers ;
• Be passionate about catering;
• Be enterprising.

Salary:  100,000 CFA francs, salary revaluation after the first 6 months of observation.

Place of work:  DOUALA

NB:  The candidate selected for the position will have to follow a 03-day training course in customer relations before taking office.
