JOB: Sales Administrator (F/M)

SALES ADMINISTRATOR (F/M)

BASSAGAL CONSULTING AFRICA is recruiting 01 Sales Administrator   for one of its clients, a company in the creation sector of the production and marketing of chocolate and confectionery products.

 

 

ACTIVITIES

• Organize the management of sales contracts from receipt of orders to delivery of products to the customer
• Be the interface between customers and the company’s internal departments during the sales process.
• Develop a customer portfolio and retain them
• Monitor billing and follow up in the event of unpaid bills
• Define administrative procedures for processing orders
• Control the application of order procedures
• Carry out recoveries

 

 

 

PROFILE:

• Proof of higher education training in commercial action or equivalent; justify at least 03 years of experience in a similar position;
• Good knowledge of sales techniques and commercial negotiations;
• Good knowledge of recovery techniques;
• Knowledge of statistical analysis;
• Good knowledge of the food distribution market;
• Interpersonal skills ;
• Good written and oral communication;
• good negotiator
