JOB: Sales Administrator needed in a local company

SALES ADMINISTRATOR

A local company is looking for 01 Sales Administrator .

Location: YATO (South-West) and Douala.

In charge of all the administrative management of a sales department, which offers a range of varied administrative tasks. He/she ensures the link between the company’s customers and suppliers. The Assistant in Sales Administration manages customer orders (from entry to payment), oversees logistics monitoring and sales techniques, as well as inventory management.

 

 

 




 

 

Missions

Depending on the department to which he is attached, he may be assigned the following missions to the Assistant Sales Administrator (ADV):

  • Record supplier orders,
  • Responsible for customer orders
  • Edit invoices and ensure billing follow-up,
  • Prepare delivery orders,
  • Responsible for the logistics monitoring of purchases and supplies,
  • Administrative management,
  • Manage product safety data sheets,
  • Track inventory,

 




 

  • Update timelines and dashboards,
  • Respond to customer information requests,
  • Play a support role when needed.
