SALES ASSISTANT (F/M) – STARTIMES MEDIA CAMEROON

In order to strengthen its sales department, STARTIMES Cameroon is looking for 01 sales assistant (M/F).

Place of execution of the contract Douala.
The sales assistant represents in the company, a real interface between customers, the sales force and the various internal services. He reports to the Sales Department.
Missions
Its most frequent missions consist of informing customers about the products and services offered by the company, resolving disputes or possible disputes. He assists the work of salespeople in the field (management of their schedule, tracking orders, making appointments, etc.) or his line manager in the preparation and monitoring of actions.
He is responsible for all tasks related to sales administration and secretarial support for sales managers.
He can also be tasked with searching for partners and in any commercial action implemented in his department (participation in trade fairs, prospecting, telephone follow-ups, file qualification, monitoring, etc.).
He must be able to:
- Contribute to the commercial development of the company and organize the corresponding commercial actions;
- Communicate easily within the company with its customers, suppliers or internally;
- Master the organization’s main information systems, office tools and secretarial techniques.
Profile of the candidate sought:
- Minimum BAC + 2 education, you have at least one year of experience;
- Good knowledge of French or English, both spoken and written;
- Mastery of commercial techniques;
- Ability to set and manage priorities;
- Ability to manage emergency situations;
- Good speech, professionalism in reception;
- Punctual, available, responsive and reliable;
- Sense of monitoring and reporting;
- Dynamic, organized and diligent;
- Perseverant and resistant to stress/pressure.
