SALES REPRESENTATIVE IN CHARGE OF PARTNERSHIPS – PCS CAMEROON SARL

SALES MANAGER IN CHARGE OF PARTNERSHIPS

Reporting to the management of the company, you are responsible for:

 

 

 

• develop the company’s turnover in an optimal logic of profitability;
• maintain, develop and monitor the partner portfolio;
• ensure the good quality of services provided to customers;
• deal with the difficulties;
• propose corrective measures and conclude the signing of new partnerships.

 

 

As such, your main missions are as follows:

• Participate (in collaboration with management) in the development of commercial policies
• Retain existing customers/partners and prospect new ones
• Optimize resources by developing, negotiating and presenting commercial, technical and financial solutions adapted to management
• Define prices and margins in collaboration with management
• Analyze and present overall sales results
• Participate in actions to develop and adjust offers
• Control the quality of service and services.
• Handle customer complaints and disputes

PROFILE DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an experienced Male or Female profile with training in the fields of sales, marketing or distribution (PROFESSIONAL MASTER) combined with a minimum experience of three (3) years in this position. Being bilingual (French/English) will be a plus.

Beyond technical skills, good interpersonal skills are essential to succeed in this position, just as it is essential to have qualities of leadership, rigor, probity, autonomy, adaptation and reactivity. Mastery of the Office suite tools, and in particular Word and Excel, as well as digital tools (web, etc.) is essential.
