JOB: Sales Representatives and Hostesses

SALESPEOPLE AND HOSTESSES – HTM

The start-up HEATH TECH MOUNTAIN SARL is looking for Sales Representatives and Hostesses with main residence in Douala, Yaoundé, Bafoussam in CMOP (Professional Labor Contract). Reporting to the Sales Manager, the main objective will be the promotion and sale of products produced by the company. In more detail, this objective is broken down through the following roadmap:




 

I. MAIN ACTIVITIES

 

  • Prospect small, medium and large areas.
  • Develop sales and customer portfolio
  • Distribute leaflets,
  • Convey the company’s brand image by highlighting the products.
  • Direct the public to the boutiques, stores and departments where our products are displayed
  • Explain the features of our product.
  • Provoke the purchasing decision.
  • Take customer contact details for brand monitoring and loyalty
  • Identify consumer reactions to price, competing products, etc.
  • Carry out competitive intelligence

 

 

 

III. Administrative activities

 

  • Submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports on the evolution of commercial activities: Sales, Prospecting, Competition
  • Ensure the integrity and preserve the company’s assets (rolling equipment, equipment, etc.)
  • Other reports requested by management if applicable.

Required profile

  • M/F between 18 and 50 years old and good physical presentation,
  • Min BEPC or 4th grade
  • Have at least 6 months experience in sales,
  • In addition to your qualities as a hunter and your excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to identify different business opportunities.
  • You are proactive and enjoy new challenges in an exciting and constantly evolving environment.

 

 

 

IV. Recruitment methods
Offer duration : 7 working days

Creation of the file : handwritten cover letter, dated and signed; Updated curriculum vitae; recent photo, Photocopy of valid identity document, Contacts of at least 3 people (one who recommends you, one who would not recommend you not, a moral guarantor) in a letter of authorization to contact them.

2. Written tests;
3. Interviews with each member of the Management Committee;
4. Interview with the Management Committee;
5. Trial period of 1 month, renewable once;
6. Professional Labor Contract
