SECRETARY – PROXIMITY CARE SARL
SECRETARY/EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
The occupant of the position is often called an Executive Assistant and is responsible for assisting management in its functions and providing operational assistance to all employees.
Core business
The management assistant generally takes care of the transmission of documents and information between management and employees. Assists management with data entry and secretarial work.
Main missions
- Ensure the cleanliness of the premises,
- Makes entries and impressions from management
- Writes and classifies commercial offers
- Printing and photocopying documents from employees,
- a back-off for technical work through printing and classification of quotes,
- Is a back-off function for the salesperson; she carries out follow-ups and telephone prospecting
- Ensures the availability of work equipment,
- Receives and processes management mail

Diplomas
Have a Bac + 2 in Office Secretariat
2 years of experience in a similar position.
