SECURITY GUARD / SECURITY GUARDS

LOCATION: YAOUNDE

As part of the recruitment of hotel and restaurant staff, we are looking for Security Guards to work for one of our clients in Yaoundé.

 

 

 

Detailed description of the job Position : Security agents (security guard).

The company AFRICA GASTRONOMIQUE GROUP is your technical consulting firm in hotel and restaurant consulting with the objective of recruiting, training and placing staff in hotel and restaurant structures, Our Mission Is to create products and services that revolutionize African gastronomy.

SKILLS :

The security officer is responsible for the protection of property and people.

• He welcomes, monitors and controls access to the sites to which he is assigned. In the event of an accident or exceptional event, he takes part in rescue operations.
• He writes the security log to report the events that have occurred (anomalies, incidents, etc.). He receives residents (in the FSJTs), especially during the night.
• Know how to keep calm.
• Able to manage conflicts and good negotiator.
• Be vigilant, attentive to the smallest detail and know how to spot suspicious changes.
• Have basic knowledge of the various alarm and monitoring equipment.
• Master the basics of first aid.
• Be able to work standing up most of the time and move often within the premises to be supervised.
• Know how to adapt to staggered hours: at night or on weekends.
• Have a level of study:

 

 

Professional experience :

• 03 to 05 years in this position or a similar position preferable, snack bar, bar-restaurant,

Tasks and Responsibilities 

• Ensure a presence in the premises and ensure the safety of people and the preservation of property.
• Appreciate the appropriate actions or the means to trigger according to the situations, according to the established instructions.
• Control the operation of security installations and participate in their maintenance. Receive residents, especially at night.
• Plan to take care of registration formalities, organize snacks and/or carry out minor maintenance work.

Study Level:

• Minimum CAP.
• Professional title of Private Safety and Security Officer (TP ASSP).

• Salary per month: 100,000cfa to 130,000cfa
