Main Mission: Ensures the material and administrative organization of the stores.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Training: Have a specialization in logistics and transport
- Level of training: Have a minimum BACC +3 diploma
Technical skills :
- Store manager
- The grouping of products intended for an intervention
- Ensure the control and conformity of the products received and delivered.
- Set up and control the goods
- Manage inventory: control product rotation,
- Check availability of supplies
Personal Qualities: Honest, Ambitious, Responsible, Serious and Stable, persisting in the principle of work, having the awareness of keeping secrets and the ability to withstand pressure.
Professional Experience: More than 03 years in a similar position
Languages spoken: Fluent English required, Fluent French required.
Preference for male application.
MISSIONS / PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
- Provide a daily report to his supervisor;
- Fill in the sheets, reports or slips related to the management of the store,
- Record entry and exit movements
- Manage your team;
- Keep store shelves in order;
- Diagnose abnormalities
- Keep the equipment made available in perfect working order and immediately report any malfunction to your supervisor.
