TECHNICAL-COMMERCIAL DIRECTOR – FEUCOM SARL
Feucom Cameroon is looking for a Technical-Commercial Director.
You will report directly to the Country Director and as Commercial Manager, Trade Marketing, you will work closely with all partners in the distribution channel, modern and traditional, and at all levels, to develop and execute commercial actions aimed at increasing sales and strengthening the brand.
Your missions and responsibilities will be:

Develop and execute the annual sales plan
-
Track, analyze and achieve sales plan goals
-
Strengthen relationships with partners and build new ones
-
Analyze and monitor the achievements of our partners
-
Work on product range and availability
-
Train, motivate and monitor the sales teams of our partners
-
Initiate, execute and supervise commercial marketing actions in the different channels
-
Initiate, execute and supervise merchandising actions in particular
-
Establishment and monitoring of a network of reference shops
-
Participate in the development of the communication plan
-
Participate in the execution and monitoring of the communication plan
Profile:
-
Have a university degree (minimum bac+3 level) or equivalent in business management, marketing or any other relevant field
-
Have knowledge of computer hardware and software
-
Have a commercial experience of at least five (03) years with responsibility in the IT sector
-
Perfect mastery of basic IT tools (Office, internet, etc.)
-
Have a sense of organization and rigor in execution
-
Have a developed commercial sense and a human sensitivity to communicate with different interlocutors
-
Be autonomous, ambitious and motivated to learn
