JOB: Technical-Commercial Director – FEUCOM Sarl
TECHNICAL-SALES DIRECTOR – FEUCOM SARL
Feucom Cameroon is looking for a Technical-Commercial Director.
You report directly to the Country Director and as Sales Manager, Trade Marketing, you will work closely with all partners in the distribution network, modern and traditional, and at all levels, to develop and execute commercial actions aimed at increasing sales and strengthening the brand.
Your missions and responsibilities will be:

Develop and execute the annual sales plan
-
Monitor, analyze and achieve sales plan objectives
-
Strengthen relationships with partners and establish new ones
-
Analyze and monitor the achievements of our partners
-
Work on product range and availability
-
Train, motivate and monitor our partners’ sales teams
-
Initiate, execute and supervise commercial marketing actions in the different channels
-
Initiate, execute and supervise merchandising actions in particular
-
Setting up and monitoring a network of reference stores
-
Participate in the development of the communication plan
-
Participate in the execution and monitoring of the communication plan
Profile:
-
Have a university degree (minimum bac+3 level) or equivalent in sales management, marketing or any other relevant field
-
Have knowledge of computer hardware and software
-
Have at least five (03) years of commercial experience with responsibility in the IT sector
-
Perfectly master basic IT tools (Office, internet, etc.)
-
Have a sense of organization and rigor in execution
-
Have a developed commercial sense and human sensitivity to communicate with different people
-
Be autonomous, ambitious and motivated to learn
