THE CEREALS COMPANY OF CAMEROON IS RECRUITING

The Cameroon Cereals Company, a subsidiary of the KADJI group specializing in the production of cereal-based flour, is looking for a Project manager as part of its activities .

Place of work: Douala
Position: Project manager .

Qualifications required:

Type of job: Permanent
Diploma required: BAC+4/5 in Project Management or similar .
Assets: Experience in the operation, maintenance and production phases .
Required experience: 5 years of experience as a project manager in a high volume manufacturing operation;
Languages: French & English

Job duties

The project manager Plans executes and manages various projects in the company or in the group when necessary.

Activities :

• Work with the various departments to establish projects that support the growth of our business;
• Establish project plans, tasks, resources and ownership to ensure deadlines are met;
• Manage internal and external projects which may extend to suppliers and contract manufacturers;
• Coordinate internal and external resources for project planning and execution;
• Work proactively to remove project roadblocks, identify and manage issue escalations, and provide support to teams by balancing competing priorities;
• Actively drive the improvement of project management processes, tools and models to improve the project management function; Provide timely progress reports and program summaries, including scope/schedule/quality risks, project status, resource allocation and client impact;
