As part of the course of its activities, the MINOTERIE MODERNE SAKER (MIMOSA) specialized in the industrial production of wheat flour, based in Douala, is looking for the needs of its services for the following profile: TECHNICAL MANAGER (Number: 01)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance of industrial equipment.
- Propose improvements to the operation of equipment.
- React quickly and efficiently to solve any possible hardware failure.
- Establish a corrective and preventive maintenance schedule.
- Ensure the link between suppliers and equipment manufacturers.
- Optimize the performance of industrial equipment.
Profile:
- An excellent mastery of industrial processes and new technologies in this field.
- Mastery of techniques for developing maintenance procedures.
- Good knowledge in the technique of setting up a provisional maintenance schedule
- Managerial skills to manage a team.
- Knowledge of safety procedures of interventions and systems.
- Excellent knowledge of CMMS.
- General knowledge in financial management.

Training
- Bac plus 5 diploma in industrial maintenance, mechanics, electronics, electromechanics or automation. Having at least 10 years of experience in an industry will be an asset.
