Job Title: Independent Waste Disposal Agents

Job specification :
We are looking for Independent Waste Disposal Agents to join our team at EcoCaasitech. Ideal candidates will be responsible for the collection and disposal of waste in an environmentally responsible manner. No prior experience is required as qualified candidates will be trained and certified prior to recruitment.
Responsibilities:
Collect and dispose of waste in an environmentally friendly manner.
Ensure that all waste is disposed of in accordance with EcoCaasitech regulations.
Maintain a responsible attitude at work and outside of work.
Work independently and manage your own schedule.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a valid national identity card and be at least 18 years old.
Owning and being able to handle a smartphone.
Master at least one of the official languages of Cameroon.
Must live in one of the following areas in Yaoundé: Jouvence, Mendong,Tam-tam, TKC, Obilli, Rond Point Express, Nsimeyong, Etoug-ebe, Melen, Nkolbison, Oyomabang, Mvog-Betsi.
Be available for a FREE three (3) day intensive training starting August 16, 2023.
Ability to work independently.
Excellent communication skills.
Great attention to detail.
Remuneration:
Minimum salary of 15000 XAF/month
Possibility of earning up to 200,000 XAF/month depending on your availability for work and the number of waste collections per month.
