About Us:
We have a pig farm located in Mbifiebi, Mankon-Bamenda, seeking a reliable, honest and hardworking individual to join our team.
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Pig Farm Worker to assist with the daily operations of our farm. The successful candidate will be responsible for the care and management of our pig herd, as well as maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the farm.
Responsibilities:
– Feed and water pigs
– Clean and maintain pig pens and equipment
– Monitor pig health and report any issues to management
– Assist with breeding, farrowing, and piglet care
– Maintain accurate records of pig growth, health, and production
– Perform other farm-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
– 2+ years of experience working on a pig farm or similar agricultural setting
– Basic knowledge of pig husbandry and nutrition
– Ability to lift 50 kg and work in a physically demanding environment
– Good communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
