JOB: Viennoiserie and Pastry, Bakery Manager – CFAO

VIENNOISERIE AND PASTRY, BAKERY MANAGER – CFAO

The multinational CFAO is recruiting for its services 01 BAKERY, PASTRY and PASTRY MANAGER.

 Description of the mission

  • Manage and develop the department based on objectives set jointly with the sector manager;
  • Responsible for reception and quality of service provided to customers;
  • Lead and manage a team of collaborators;
  • Organize and develop the department’s commercial and promotional activity;
  • Collaborate in the choice of location and presentation of products and guarantee compliance with this location;
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety;
  • Identify talents, train and develop employees;
  • Guarantee the filling of the store and the good maintenance of reserves

 




 

Profile

  • Bac + 3 or 4 in commerce or management
  • Training in Bakery and Pastry
  • Proven experience in B to C
  • Experience in team management

 

 

Profile 

  • Minimum level of education required: Master 1 or equivalent
  • Minimum experience level required: 1 to 3 years

Languages ​​French (Professional)
Contract : CDI
Working time:   Full time
