WINERY MANAGER – SAPIENTA
We are looking for a saleswoman in a cellar to join our dynamic team within our company TKI DOUALA AT THE LIEU DIT MAKEPE BM. As a winery salesperson, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers in their choice of wines and spirits, and helping to maintain a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in our winery.

Missions
- Greet customers in a warm and professional manner
- Advise customers on the different wines and spirits available
- Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences
- Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate money management
- Manage inventory and make necessary replenishments
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the cellar
- Actively participate in the winery’s promotion and sales activities
Profile
- Previous experience as a salesperson or in the wine and spirits field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for wines and spirits, with basic knowledge of different wine regions and appellations
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Schedule flexibility, including weekends and evenings
