JOB: Winery manager – Sapienta
WINERY MANAGER – SAPIENTA
NB: Hours and salary to be negotiated during the interview.
- Greet customers in a warm and professional manner
- Advise customers on the different wines and spirits available
- Help customers find products that meet their needs and preferences
- Manage cash transactions and ensure accurate money management
- Manage inventory and make necessary replenishments
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the cellar
- Actively participate in the winery’s promotion and sales activities
- Previous experience as a salesperson or in the wine and spirits field is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Passion for wines and spirits, with basic knowledge of different wine regions and appellations
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Schedule flexibility, including weekends and evenings
