👩💼 Your Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, handling phone calls and arranging meetings.
Ensure the maintenance of accounting books and the management of invoices and payments.
Prepare financial reports and tax returns.
Assist in the management of human resources, including payroll and benefits.
Provide administrative and accounting support to team members.
Assist management in planning meetings, preparing documents and coordinating activities.
🌟 Your Profile:
Experience as an Administrative Assistant, Accountant & Executive Assistant or in similar roles.
Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Attention to detail and respect for deadlines.
Ability to manage priorities and emergencies.
