*La Regional BANK wants to recruit Business Network Unit Managers for agropastoral activities*

• •  Develop, coordinate and implement the bank’s commercial and profitability strategy at the Network level;
  •  Lead the sales teams and monitor the Network’s performance; Manage relationships with the Network’s partners and major accounts; • Carry out ongoing checks on the Network’s agencies on specific topics;
  •  Monitor the implementation of recommendations from control missions, audits, statutory auditors and COBAC at the Network level;
  •  Coordinate weekly Network meetings and ensure that said meetings are held at Agency level;
  •  Evaluate the individual performance of Network employees.
  •  Provide training and capacity building for Human Capital within its Network
• •  Have a Bac +4 level of study in commerce, sales, marketing, distribution and banking professions
  •  Have proven professional experience of at least 5 years in the exercise of operational and/or control functions within a bank.
  •  Have held positions of responsibility with proven results;

• Be honest, professional and rigorous;
• Being bilingual (French & English) would be an asset:
• Mastering IT tools and banking software
