ROLE

The Fast Food server will play a decisive role in customer satisfaction. From the simple coffee at the bar to the full meal in the restaurant, his tasks can be different depending on his assignment … Always with the aim of offering a quality service.

MISSIONS

Here are the different tasks that the will do. Intern:

• Prepare the room and tables for service.
• Offer a quality service. • Help present menus, daily specials, drinks etc … • Take orders from customers.
• Serve and serve the dishes. Clear tables if necessary.
• Verify and manage raw material inventories.
• Optimize the supply chain if necessary, including reporting products that are out of stock.
• Respect the health and safety rules in force within the establishment.

REQUIREMENTS

To be a good intern, you will have to demonstrate certain essential qualities.

• Have a foolproof sense of service as well as patience, courtesy and discretion are required. It is important to know how to satisfy the demands of more or less demanding customers.
• The presentation of the server must be perfect. A sober outfit and a neat image are necessary. Indeed, the latter must directly reflect the image of the restaurant and the quality of its offer know how to adapt to the type of clientele.
• Be organized and rigorous. During peak hours, the intern may have to manage several clients and tables at the same time. It is therefore necessary to know how to memorize the orders and not to confuse them under penalty of generating dissatisfaction among the customer.
• Being dynamic will make things much easier. Indeed, it is necessary to assume a versatile position and sometimes subject to increased demand during meal times.

THE CRITERIA
The criteria will be as follows:

• Age: 22 to 32
• Gender: Masculine/ Féminin
• Language: Bilingual (French-English)
• Level of study: Minimum probationary
• Soft skills: Responsible person – Autonomous and rigorous – Serious and respectful
• Know-how: Have at least three years’ experience
• Savoir-vivre: Sociable -clean-disciplined
• Salary: Unpaid (Academic internship)
