MISSIONS AND ACTIVITIES:
TREATING CONTRACTS IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE DIFFERENT DIRECTIONS ( DEVELOPMENT , x e c uti o n , data base )
- RESPOND TO REQUESTS
- Verify the authenticity of documents
- Collect and check the documents constituting the files and their
- Compliance with current legislation
- Manage the validation process
- Participate in meetings and working sessions necessary for the
- Preparation of contracts
- Draft and format draft contracts – Monitor
- Validation and return process for signed contracts
- Inform and monitor the contract database (monitoring alerts on renewals, cancellations)
- Classify files in the archives
- Scan and archive signed contracts in the dedicated tool
- Report on its activities
- Respond to complaints
Ensure the follow-up of litigation files and complaints
- Monitor litigation files and complaints
- Constitute the lawyers
- Monitor the interventions of legal assistants (lawyers, bailiffs) in the files
- Develop strategies for defending the company in the event of a lawsuit
- Maintain hearing files and agendas
- Monitor the work of lawyers (support in drafting documents and procedural documents necessary to defend the interests of the company)
- Receive and process bailiff’s documents
- Manage the hearing schedule and follow-up of weekly reports
- Maintain and classify files
- Ensure proper maintenance of files through exhaustive and orderly classification of the constituent elements
- Scan and archive files in the dedicated tool
Follow recovery procedures in files sent by the Customer Experience Department
- Analyze and verify the contents of the files
- Assess the appropriateness of prosecutions
- Constitute the lawyers
- Follow procedures
Participate in the processing of legal requisitions
- Participate in the processing of legal requisitions under the supervision of the N+1
Represent the company in court and respond on behalf of the company to summonses from law enforcement/judicial authorities
- Attend summons
- Represent the company at hearings before the Courts
- Write up minutes/reports of hearings and discussions, and forward them to the hierarchy within 24 hours
- Ensure follow-up of actions following these hearings and summonses
Maintain activity tracking tables
Qualifications
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Standard training: BAC + 4 minimum in Private Law (preferably Business Law)
Minimum experience : two (02) years in a similar position
