MISSIONS
You are responsible for driving the legal and administrative policy of the company, being a force of proposal, and managing all the legal and administrative activities of the company. Specifically, you are responsible for:
Legal
- Advice and assistance in the proper management of day-to-day business;
- Handling disputes with our customers and subcontractors;
- Drafting and negotiating contracts;
- Drafting legal letters;
- Follow-up of litigation files;
- Recovery;
- All administrative tasks related to the position.
Administrative
- Billing and office automation.
- Follow-up of files.
- Telephone reception and call redirection to the right interlocutors.
- Mail management.
- Collection and filing of administrative documents.
- Contract preparation.
- Legal security of acts and procedures developed by LGL in order to control the risk of litigation.

PROFILE
- Experience 1 to 2 years in a similar position;
- Bilingual French/English, German is a plus;
- Education: Bac+5 in Business Law or equivalent required;
- Good general knowledge of the law and in particular a good knowledge of the regulations on international transport;
- Sense of involvement and sense of priorities;
- Good writing skills and persuasiveness;
- Mastering the Office Pack
- Qualification: qualified employee;
- You are rigorous, organized, versatile, convincing and have a good relationship. By the way, you know work autonomously, reactively and have a good spirit of synthesis. You need to be able to integrate quickly into a work team;
Place of work: Yaoundé-Cameroun;
Weekly working time: 40 hours;
Sector of activity: Transport of goods.
