LEGAL ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER

We are recruiting an Administrative Agent within the company LGL Transport Cameroon.

Missions :




You are responsible for driving the administrative policy of the company, being a force of proposal, and managing all the administrative activities of the company. Specifically, you are responsible for:

Administrative



  • Billing and office automation.
  • Follow-up of files.
  • Telephone reception and call redirection to the right interlocutors.
  • Mail management.
  • Collection and filing of administrative documents.
  • Contract preparation.
  • Legal security of acts and procedures developed by LGL in order to control the risk of litigation.

Profile sought

  • Experience 1 to 2 years in a similar position;
  • Bilingual French/English, German is a plus;
  • Education: Bac + 3 minimum in administrative management, accounting or equivalent required;
  • regulations on international transport;
  • Sense of involvement and sense of priorities;
  • Good writing skills and persuasiveness;
  • Mastery of the Office Pack;
  • Qualification: qualified employee;
  • Place of work: Yaoundé-Cameroon;
  • Weekly working time: 40 hours;
  • Sector of activity: Freight transport.
  • You are rigorous, organized, versatile, convincing and have good interpersonal skills. In addition, you know how to work autonomously, reactively and have a good spirit of synthesis. You must be able to integrate quickly into a work team;
