JOB DESCRIPTION
The Legal and Tax Manager ensures legal monitoring of the group’s activities, through compliance with legal rules by the company in the context of its commercial, administrative and financial activities, as well as in the context of human resources management.

Main activities

Act as an internal and external technical point of contact for legal issues; Draft legal documents related to events in the life of the Group’s entities; Ensure the administrative and legal management of files (management of contracts and agreements: analysis, drafting, negotiations, monitoring of execution, management of renewals, archiving, etc.); Ensure the management and monitoring of litigation in the Group’s entities; Ensure the dissemination of legal and tax news related to the legal life of the company / ensure legal monitoring; Develop, monitor and analyze the department’s activity indicators, ensure reporting to Management; Support subsidiaries in the launch phase of new products and services; Receive and/or verify the regularity of Mandates, Powers of Attorney and any other legal document
