Call for external applications for the positions of Manufacturing Assistant (Brewing, Fermentation and Filtration) classified in 4 category,
Conditions to be fulfilled
Justify a Certificate of First Cycle Studies or a Certificate of Professional Aptitude
Justify a minimum experience of six (06) months in the field of Brewery Manufacturing;
Have been a Service Provider/Temporary/Trainee on one of the SABC Group sites (attach all evidence).
Main activities
Prepare additives/adjuvants for production Check and receive Consumable Raw Materials (MPC):
Provide Main Raw Materials-MPP (desilage and crushing) Monitor Line-side Stocks:
Ensure cleaning of vessels and other production equipment the flour mill
Purge the yeast
Ensure the proper functioning of the flour mill equipment
Ensure compliance with the process, the quality and safety of foodstuffs
Ensure the cleaning of his workstation
Report any anomalies detected in his workplace
