As part of the strengthening of our logistics department, SEALAND SERVICES SARL, a major player in the sector, is looking for a dynamic and rigorous Logistics Assistant to join its team.
ACTIVITIES
Under the supervision of the Logistics Manager, the Logistics Assistant will be responsible for:
• Participating in the daily management of logistics operations (reception, storage, distribution, transport);

• Monitor orders and deliveries and report difficulties;
• Update logistics dashboards and ensure the proper functioning of monitoring tools;
• Coordinate with carriers, freight forwarders and internal services to guarantee the efficiency of flows; • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, deadlines and safety standards;
• Administrative management/Archiving of all documents related to the company’s rolling stock and the transport of goods;
• Prepare and manage daily, weekly and monthly activity reports;
PROFILE
• Academic level: BTS or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Transport;

Professional experience: Previous experience in a similar position would be an asset; IT: Proficiency in office tools Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

Good organization, rigor, analytical skills and initiative;
Good interpersonal skills and a sense of teamwork;
Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities
