For the needs of its services, the Supply and Logistics Department of CADYST GRAIN is looking for candidates for the position of:

Logistics Manager (1)
Purpose of the position:

Ensure the availability and efficiency of the supply chain and logistics.

Main missions:

Supervise all logistics activities, from the receipt of goods to their delivery to customers
Ensure flow planning (incoming, internal, outgoing)
Monitor logistics performance indicators (KPIs) and propose corrective actions if necessary

Participate in the negotiation of transport and logistics service contracts
Supervise the management of returns and disputes with suppliers and customers
Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations regarding transport, storage and safety Develop
employee job descriptions
Ensure understanding and compliance with work procedures and instructions
Evaluate employee performance
Manage malfunctions related to logistics activities
Supervise and coordinate the work of logistics teams (warehouse workers, order pickers, etc.)

Ensure the recruitment, training and evaluation of employees
Carry out industrial marketing, benchmarking and competitive intelligence
Ensure the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of improvement actions
Guarantee the reliability of stocks through regular checks and periodic inventories
Coordinate the entire management of the company’s vehicle fleet
Actively participate in the choice and purchase of rolling stock
Profile / Key skills:

BAC + 3 / BAC + 5 in International Trade, Logistics and Transport or equivalent
A minimum of 7 years’ professional experience in logistics management, including at least 02 years in a similar position
Technical knowledge in logistics
Good command of customer prospecting
Strong aptitude for negotiation and dispute resolution with suppliers and customers
Good inventory management skills
Team management
