PROFILE DESCRIPTION

A VIP beauty salon in DOUALA is looking for a  Manager,  preferably  a man.

Place of work:  Bonamoussadi – Douala

Working days and hours:  Monday to Saturday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. with 1 hour break

Salary:  150,000 FCFA per month for a start.

 

 

 

 

Profile :

• Preferably male. But woman can apply
• Age: 27 – 35
• Bilingual (English / French) is essential
• Well presentable
• Have completed a training of at least Bac+2 in the field of management in general (accounting, HR, sales, others, etc.)
• Have an experience of at least 2 years in the management of the company and people.

Assignment :

• you are responsible for the company, its various resources;
• You ensure the interim during the absence of the boss;
• You report to the boss;
• You run the business like a good family man.

 

 

 

 

Skill

• be a responsible person
• be rigorous and disciplined
• know how to motivate your team
• know how to listen to colleagues and solve small internal problems between employees
• have a sense of anticipation
