Glotelho SA is seeking dynamic and results-driven Marketing Agents to join our team in Douala. The ideal candidates will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, increase market share, and deliver measurable return on investment. This role requires individuals with strong presentation and animation skills, a deep understanding of marketing principles, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Glotelho’s products and services.

• Animate and present marketing campaigns, promotions, and events with creativity and energy.

• Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities to expand brand visibility.

• Focus on return on investment (ROI) for each campaign, tracking results, and optimizing strategies accordingly.

• Utilize renegade marketing approaches to capture attention and differentiate the brand.

• Engage with customers and stakeholders, ensuring a strong brand presence in the market.

• Collaborate with the sales and distribution teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and continuously seek new marketing knowledge and approaches.
